With Christmas and the Holiday Season here, I think we should all take a look at ways we can help others. It can be donating some money to your favorite charity or volunteering your time to help out in a shelter. If each of us just did one small thing to help someone else, we can make a huge difference. I've decided to help out with a pet therapy charity where I will be bringing my dogs to visit people in homes and hospitals. You can check out the link here for more information. 9.30.05 I just joined 24 hr Fitness today! I prepaid a year so they gave me 2 years free and waved all the fees! I can train at 3am if I want but, I don't think I will. It's nice to know it's 24 hours though! :o)

9.26.05 I just found out that Hurricane Rita flooded my mothers house, and both of my brothers! All 3 of their homes got about a foot and a 1/2 of water each! These hurricanes need to go away and leave us alone! :o(

9.24.05 Well, because of hurricane #2 (Rita) I had to leave my new apt in Houston and evacuate to Conroe, TX. I'm safe in a nice hotel room with internet access so I added 2 more updates to my site your you! :o)

9.20.05 OMG! I think I have the worst luck! I had to evacuate New Orleans because of Hurricane Katrina so I went to Houston, TX and now Hurricane Rita is at category 4 and headed strait for Houston where I'm at!! Now I have to evacuate AGAIN and I have no idea where I'm going to go but I know it's going to be far!

9.18.05 I'm now living in Houston, TX because of the hurricane that hit New Orleans. I did find an apt here to rent and I will not be going back to New Orleans. I want to thank everyone for their support and all the kind emails they have sent. I'm still checking my email but I may not be able to reply right away.

8.1.05 I placed 10th out of 20 FBB in the Light Heavy Class at the USA in Las Vegas on 7.30.05. I'm very happy to have placed as well as I did!

7.24.05 I'm leaving for Las Vegas for the USA Bodybuilding Championships. The show isn't until Saturday (7.31.05) but I'm getting out there early so I can get settled in.

7.19.05 Hey everybody! Guess what? I'm trying to get into Playboy's Hard Bodies Issue, so I just sent them a submission. I made a video of myself and put it in the mail yesterday! When I hear something back from them I'll keep you posted!

7.10.05 On July 9, 05 I won't the Louisiana State Bodybuilding Show and earned the title Ms. Louisiana 2005! I won a trophe for winning my weight class as well as a trophe for the over all. I also won a big gift basket from Power Shack (one of the sponsors), a gift certificate to Out Back Steak House, & $250 towards my hotel stay at my next national show which happens to be the USA in Vegas July 29-30. I also qualified again. :O)

7.6.05 I donated one of my videos to help raise money for the Tsunami fund & the video helped raise $5,000! :o) It's posted for download on the Diana The Valkyrie web site.

6.18.05 Guess what every one!?! I placed 2nd in the Women's Open Light Heavy Class at the Jr. Nationals!!!!!!! YEA! I'm so excited to place so well at my very first national level show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!! :O) I'm all smiles!! Oh, and don't forget to read my blog in the members area for more details about the contest! I'll have pictures posted there soon! :o)

6.17.05 The prejudging for the Jr. Nationals was today!!! WOW! What a big show!! Over 200 competitors total!!! I weighed in at 137 on the dot so that puts me in the correct weight class this time!  I'm in the women's open light heavy class. ;O) Well, the prejudging for the Jr. Nats went well so far. I was the 2nd number called out in the first call out! ;o) I think there were a total of 10 competitors in my weight class. We'll find out the results of the show tomorrow night (6.18.05).
